We ship twice a week. All jewellery comes packaged in tissue paper and recycled cardboard boxes.

Expected Australia wide express delivery time is 1-2 business days.

Expected international delivery time is 2-4 weeks.

Insurance is available for an extra fee with your order. Please email me to enquiry.

Toyah Perry is not responsible for things lost or stolen in the mail.

Returns

We allow returns in the first 14 days after you receive your order. You may exchange your items for a different style, size, or for store credit during this time.

If items are damaged when they arrive, please let me know as soon as you receive them, the damaged items will then be replaced if it was our fault.
